Erincarroll Relaxing Backyard Stretch And Balance
The weather is beautiful here. My friend’s dog makes me want to spend a lot of time outside. The wind chimes were a nice touch, very zen… See me just doing some stretches and practicing balance, some jumping jacks, lunges, and squats. I need a lot of exercise and balancing practice if I ever want to get back into gymnastics… I wish I had my weights and yoga mat! But it was nice to get my juices flowing. I ended up doing push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches inside. I feel strong!
