Welcome to my very controversial cooking show, ‘To Serve Man’. I am your host, Cani Ball.
We do special kinds of dishes on this show, they all have the same main ingredient- mysogyny. Swine is of course, the other white meat, but we take it a little further. After all it is said that once you get a taste for a good man, nothing else will suffice.
Today we are making man hock red sauce. The hock of the man is the part where the ankle ends and the calf begins. It’s a nice dark meat with a very sweet flavor. We start with olive oil, garlic and a diced onion, saute the man hock until the flesh begins to brown and break down. It’s natural oils and flavors give way.
We will add tomatoes, swine flavoring and man brine and simmer until all the meat and flesh has given way. Then we will remove the bones and the flabby skin, leaving us with a wonderful man base red sauce that kicks up any pasta dish and is wonderful on chicken or veal or eggplant parm.
You can serve this sauce at any dinner, your friends and family will eat it up. Tell them it is lamb, veal, goat. They will never question you. The identity of this not so willing beast ingredient will never be exposed, he will never find justice. He will only find his way onto your plate and then to the bottom of your stomach.
Man is quite easily digested. As he is a swine, a beast, he is fit for consuming. For so many years man has wanted his woman barefoot and cooking his dinner in the kitchen. Now he gets his wish, but he can be there with her each step of the way.
This cooking show gets a little dark so it is not suitable for anyone under 18. You wouldn’t want the young-‘uns to know it’s Daddy they’re eating for dinner
