I have been SO bloat all morning and nothing seems to be helping!
I decide to do some stretches to hopefully help loosen up all the gas in my stomach.
After some stretches the farts begin to come out and damn does it feel good to release them!
The more I stretch, the more farts seem to come out thankfully!
Stretching is exactly what I needed to do to help get rid of my bloated feeling.
