Qualin Aka Queenlin
My workouts include aerobic exercise for a healthy cardiovascular system; strength training to maintain muscle tone and bone density; core strength exercise for a stable mid-section; and stretching to maintain mobility. I have to admit, I go through phases of being good and bad. When I’m being good, I go to the gym three to four times a week. And when I’m bad, I go all the way!
