–4)Hands on hips double jacks – Hands on hips like last exercise, but legs do IN-IN OUT-OUT IN-IN OUT-OUT motion
–5)Hands on hips pogo jumps – feet together, rapid jumps at a pace which makes the loudest slapping sound
–6)Hopscotch in place with hands on hips – Hop twice on left foot, twice on both feet, twice on right foot and keep alternating LEFT-LEFT BOTH-BOTH RIGHT-RIGHT BOTH-BOTH LEFT-LEFT BOTH-BOTH etc. If you do this one fast the slapping sound is awesome; let me know if you can’t get it
