It’s time for another fitness challenge! Here’s the breakdown:
Part One - 32 chinups in 4 sets, with last set beginning before the 5:30 mark.
Part Two - Complete a V-sit for 3 minutes straight through.
Part Three - Barbell overhead press with axle bar (45lbs); 65 reps in 4 sets in under 5:00.
