Naked Workout Part 2 - January 16, 2021
After not weightlifting for two years, a naked and makeup-less Nicole decides to do a workout in her garage. In part 2, we continue on with Nicole as she does squats. She follows up with pushups, leg triangles, and then moves on to overhead triceps extensions. Then, using dumbbells, Nicole does seated overhead flies. She continues on with dips, stretches, and push-ups!
