The Cat tells ROXIE how she upset the Queen of Hearts so the Queen ordered her to be atomic wedgied, but since the Cat is only a pair of PANTIES she couldn't be atomic wedgied. Roxie calls the Cat mad to which the Cat replies that everyone's mad here. ROXIE does as she as tols but she she tries to crawl away the CAT FEET get her PANTIES holding her back as she STRUGGLES to crawl from the WEDGIES given to her from this CAT with FEET.
