“Back in the day I had a teacher who has noticeably muscular arms and was fit in general. I would like you to act like my teacher who calls me to wait after class and tells me how she notices me being distracted and wondering why. finally i tell her its because of her arms and you act kind of taken back but are like “yea i mean I have always had a little muscle naturally but have started working out now” not overly cocky or confident about it. then say, “I’m surprised you noticed with my arms just being relaxed and most of the time, I guess u can see it when i bend my arm while writing on the board”. It ended up being that she plays roller derby and attributes it to that and working out towards that. then say “I mean yea since starting to play, i have gotten in the best shape of my life at 45”. “I even have a pretty ripped 6 pack after having kids” and proceed to lift your shirt up a bit and show off your abs.” finally be like “what do you think about my arms are they starting to get somewhat big” and flex ur arms and abs just asking what i think through out. after all that flexing say “I’m not sure if i can show you this but you wouldn’t believe even my chest has been getting defined” slightly pull down ur shirt just enough to show some definition. after flexing biceps, triceps, abs, and forearms be like “fine let me make sure nobody is going to come in” then “remove your shirt to show a tight tank top underneath and flex chest arms abs and total body. eventual work to taking off the tank top and just being in a bra and talking about how strengthening your chest and continue to flex and do what every you think you should include.
I really want the whole tone to be kind of taken back while humble and not sure if u actually are that ripped. Not overly cocky and not at all dominating
