Hello awesome peeps! I have another yoga flow for you today, this time I will give you a small intro into Yin Yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on sustaining a certain Asana for an extended amount of time, to get deep into the muscles and tendons. While you hold the position, you focus on your breath and on letting your body release with each exhale. This is a very meditative Yoga session that can be challenging as always never push past the point of pain, always treat yourself with love with time your body will release.
