Real estate prices were booming, and Mandy, seeing dollar signs, wanted to sell her house. The only obstacle? Her tenant, Sean, a dedicated photographer with a knack for negotiation.
Mandy approached Sean, hoping for a smooth conversation. "Sean, I've decided to sell the house," she began, apprehensively.
Sean raised an eyebrow, looking around at his studio setup, "You want me to move out?"
Mandy nodded, "The market is just too good right now."
Sean paused, contemplating. "How about a deal?" he proposed, a mischievous glint in his eye. "I'll leave, but only if you model for a photo shoot. I need a natural beauty for my next project."
Mandy, flustered and hardly considering herself model material, laughed, "You're joking, right?"
Sean just smirked. "That, and three months’ rent as a bonus for the inconvenience."
Gulping at the audacity, Mandy sighed. "Fine, one shoot, and two months' rent."
With a triumphant grin, Sean extended his hand, "Deal." #Beautiful Agony
And just like that, Mandy found herself in front of the camera, all for the sake of a sale.
