Welcome back to my self defense atelier. Today we'll be looking through self defense techniques and tips in any situation. Toning and training those long legs you'll soon be ready to prepare for attacks from behind, push back and assert your dominance enough to always escape unscathed. Finally, when a persistent attacker won't cease, I'll prepare you to aim for those soft balls and dominate your opponent's testicles in any situation. Block, defend and bust those balls!
