Ballbusting Defense & Knees
Welcome back to my leg, arm training and self defense practice class. Today we'll train those legs some more and learn how to prepare for an up close defense. You never know when you might need to defend yourself and push back the assailant so we must remain vigilant at all times. Training those legs to be ready to swing to all sides high and mighty will help, but if you are ever cornered up close, use those knees to bust the balls of your enemy. Elbow, knee, bust those balls!
