Back story: You go to a little circus show by yourself after finding a specialty ticket in your mailbox. It's for a special show and then back stage access after the performances. You're delighted to be given this for free. When you go in, the Ringleader Mistress Tabitha is holing a crystal ball, looking pleased. She explains to you that what you had as your "specialty snacks" was someting to keep you from being unable to move. You perfectly were in time, as expected. Mistress Tabihta goes on to tell you that you were a luky chosen human to be used in this upcoming ritual. While yes, she enjoys what is about to happen, it is impotant for her life. When her circus started, she was able to divinate a goddes who promised her eternal youth and always prosperous shows. For over 100 years it has worked. The only rule is that this goddess feeds off of the corporal punishment of humans. Because the goddess had no body in which to do that, she trades her power of youth to Goddess Tabitha and Tabitha uses her physical form to carry out the instructions of the goddess. All this sounds absolutely absurd. But, you find yourself unable to move and you find it's no joke at all. You try to reason that they'll find her, but she assures you she's never gotten caught. After all the deep dark play she has for you, she is going to make sure her special little meowing performers are fed. It's worked so far to feed their exotic pets this way, and it'll work this time yet again. Over and over she finds pleasure in taunting you and bringing tears and ending of your mortal flesh. She feeds from your distress as the goddess feeds her eternal life. How lucky you are to be serving a higher purpose as your final memory.
