The clip is a combination of muscle and mental domination, lift and carry, and humiliation. It tells the story of a muscular goddess who gives a useless man purpose by transforming him into her weight lifting equipment.

The first part. You establish that you invited me, your weak and skinny neighbor, over to confront me about my weird behavior of starting at you while you workout. You accuse me of having a fetish for muscular women and prove my point by beginning to flex. You tell me you can see me getting turned on by your posing and have me continue to watch as you put on a personal show. In reality, your flexing is just distracting me so you can mindfuck me. You empty my head of any thoughts and have me stiffen up like a barbell. You reveal that your original plan was to just correct by behavior, but now that I am mind fucked on your couch, you want to have some fun with me and use me as a barbell in your workout. You mesmerising me to make me think that I am a barbell and have me repeat mantras such as “I am a mindless barbell” and “I exist for my muscular goddess to lift”.

The second part of the clip a lift and carry POV. You would use me in a variety of workouts while humiliating me. You would make fun of me for being weak and skinny man, a man without a job or purpose, and overall creep. As you continue your workout, you comment that I would make such a nice barbell and eventually decide you are going to permanently turn me into your barbell. That way, I at least can provide some value to society. You put me down on the ground and leave to grab a magical lotion.

The final part is the transformation. It starts off as POV where you rub the lotion all over me while I repeat the mantras from part 1. After the lotion is applied to my entire body, you tell me you are going to activate the lotion through a snap and it will turn me into an actual, mindless, and soulless barbell. You ask me what I am and I respond with “I am a mindless barbell”. You laugh and snap your fingers. At this point, the video transitions to third person. There is a barbell on the ground in front of you. You pick it up and admire it, commenting on how strong and useful it is. You then tell the barbell it is so much better as your property than as your person. Finally, you carelessly drop it on the ground and tell the barbell, you would tell it to enjoy its new life, but those words are wasted on an object that can’t think.

part 4 that would be an epilogue that occurs months later, You would voice it over and explain how I am better off as your mindless barbell. The film would be of you doing squads and showing off your butt during the exercise
